How much does delivery cost?
For all orders there is a $10 flat delivery fee for up to 10 Cases, with no minimum purchase required. Orders over 10 Cases, will attract additional delivery fees which will be charged at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
We have various delivery options to suit all occasions, from as little as 1hr to ordering up to 6 days in advance. Please select your desired delivery option upon checkout.
You can also view the available Delivery & Pickup hours for each store at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you updates via email which include your order confirmation and tax invoice.
We’ll also provide you with real time driver tracking so you can follow your order and know where it’s currently located. On the off chance we're running late, we'll contact you and let you know your revised estimated delivery time.
Can I change my delivery time?
Certainly, we understand things change, so we try to be flexible as possible by allowing you to request a new delivery time - right up until a driver has been booked and is heading to the store to pick up your order. To do this please contact The Unley Bottleshop (the store fulfilling your order) on (08) 8271 5544.
Can my order be left unattended?
Unfortunately, we cannot leave orders unattended. The order must be accepted by the recipient as shown on the delivery receipt. The driver will also check photo ID.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Upon receiving your order, please check all items carefully. If there is a problem with your order, please contact The Unley Bottleshop (the store fulfilling your order) on (08) 8271 5544.
How much does pickup cost?
There is no fee for using Pickup orders. Simply select the desired time and your order will be ready to collect from your local Bottlemart store.
How quickly can I get my order?
Your order will be available for Pickup in as little as 30mins or at the time you requested at checkout.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes, you can. Simply provide their full name during checkout (in the Notes section is the perfect place). Your nominated person will need to be over 18 years of age and provide a valid photo ID to pick up your order.
